MondayMorningMeeting.Com has a very strict "No Spam" policy! We do not send spam/unsolicited email and do not condone spam/unsolicited email.

In addition we are dedicated to responsible email sending and honest business practices!

Our No Spam / Responsible Email Sending Policies

1. Subscriber Confidentiality:

We do not share, sell, or otherwise make available our subscriber database (the email address and other information of our subscribers) with any entity outside our company.

2. This Newsletter Is "Opt-In":

Every person who joins our service must do so by using one of the "signup forms" on this web site, or other web sites. This is considered "opt-in".

3. Subscribers Can 'Opt-Out' (Unsubscribe) At Any Time.

There is a "remove link" that is contained in EVERY email we send.

  • Every email that we send contains a "remove link" at the bottom of the email. Subscribers can use this link to be removed at any time!
  • In addition to the 'remove link' that is at the bottom of every email that we send out you can also click here to remove yourself!

Once removed from our database a subscriber is never email again! Unless they join again in the future.

4. Clear Identification - No False / Fake Headers:

Every email we send clearly identifies MondayMorningMeeting ("us") as the 'sender' and is sent from the same email address (the "from" and "reply to" address).

  • We do not use false headers or attempt to hide our identity in any way.
  • Every email twe send is sent from our own SMTP servers, all headers & email addresses valid.

5. Clear Identification - For Our Subscribers:

Every email we send clearly identifies MondayMorningMeeting ("us") as the 'sender' and is sent from the same email address (the "from" and "reply to" address).

This means our subscribers can easily redirect, move, delete and/or other 'organize' the training emails that we send out. This is done using the "filter options" in most common email clients or webmail such as Gmail or Hotmail.

6. A Record Is Kept, In Case We Are Accused Of Sending Spam:

We keep a record of every "subscription" that includes:
The Name, Email, & IP address of the subscriber.
The date & time the subscriber "signed up" (Opt-in)

This record is kept only to defend ourselves in the event that we are accused of sending spam (unsolicited commercial email). Otherwise this record is kept confidential, in accordance with policy #1.
